An Arkansas state representative has resigned and pleaded guilty to voter fraud charges after it was found that he and others paid people to vote using half-pints of liquor.
“[A]t first I really didn’t think it was that big a deal, because I’d always heard that’s what everybody did,” said Rep. Hudson Hallum. (Emphasis added.)
