Lois DeBerry has passed away

Tennessee lost its longest-serving House of Representatives member on Sunday, a woman whose life in public service included many superlatives. Rep. Lois DeBerry, whom the General Assembly honored with the special title Speaker Pro Tempore Emeritus, died after battling cancer.
